磁化硼溶液提高杏花粉发芽率的研究

摘    要:本研究结果表明,磁化硼溶液对提高南杏、假京杏、土杏花粉的发芽率都有明显的效果,且磁感应强度为60mT 的稳恒磁场为处理的最佳效应值。试验还表明未磁化的硼溶液对提高南杏、假京杏和土杏三品种花粉发芽率无明显效应。试验方法简便易行,有实用价值。

STUDIES ON INCREASING THE APRICOT POLLEN GERMINATING PERCENTAGE BY THE MAGNETIZED B SOLUTION
Abstract:The apricot pollen of various varieties were treated by magnetized B.solution in the test,The results indicate that magnetized B solution can remarkably increase the pollen germinating percentage of the Nan-apricot.Jia jin-apri- cot and Tu-apricot.The best value of the magnetic induction of the constant magnetic field forthe test is 60~100 mt.Testing results indicate yet that unmagnetized B solution has no apparent effect for increasing pollen germinating percentage of the Nan-apricot.Jia jin-apricot and Tu-apricot.The testing method is simple and applicable.
