| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了鸡波氏杆菌对鸡胚、雏鸡、小白鼠、幼兔的毒力试验。结果表明，鸡波氏杆菌可致鸡胚、雏鸡、幼兔、小白鼠发病、病程为急性经过，呈出血性败血症病变，从病程和病变可看出，鸡胚、幼雏、家兔的日龄与抵抗力成正相关、1月龄以上的鸡有较强抵抗力，呈隐性带菌，通过成年兔，豚鼠的汞氏皮内反应表明鸡波氏 力可产生毒性很强的坏死毒素。 |

| Abstract: | The virulence of Bordetella avium, the pathogen of chicken bordetella disease, was tested with chicken embryos, chickens, mouses and rabbits. The results indicated a strong pathogenicity of the pathogen to these tested individuals, showing acute pathogenesis and hemorrhagic septicemia. The resistance of the tested individuals was positively correlated with their age. The chickens aged over one month showed very strong resistance and was only latently infected (without any evident symptom). The Gundel intradermal reactions with adult rabbits and guinea pigs proved that the pathogen could produce a necrotoxin which was strongly virulent. |
