| 摘 要： | 本试验用50×10-6,100×10-6,200×10-6的6-BA水溶液对长春花幼苗叶片进行喷施处理,以清水处理为对照,观测不同浓度6-BA水溶液对植株高度和叶片生长量的影响。结果表明,用100×1-0 6～200×10-6的6-BA水溶液对长春花幼苗进行喷叶处理对幼苗的生长有较好的促进作用。

| Abstract: | The effects of different concentration 6-BA（50×10-6,100×10-6,200×10-6） on the seedling growth of Catharanthus roseus was studied in this paper.With water as CK,different concentration of 6-BA solutions on plant height and leaf growth was observed.The results showed that 6-BA solution（100×10-6～200×10-6） had positive effect on the growth of seedlings. |
