陇牧草地早熟禾新品系的营养价值评价

摘    要:在兰州(温暖半干旱气候区)和海晏(高寒湿润气候区)2个试验区以青海扁茎早熟禾、青海草地早熟禾、青海冷地早熟禾、巴润草地早熟禾和海波草地早熟禾为对照,研究陇牧草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis cv.Longmu)新品系的营养品质。结果表明:(1)海晏试验区供试材料的营养品质均高于兰州试验区同种材料;(2)盛花期,兰州试验区,陇牧草地早熟禾的粗蛋白含量、相对饲用价值和茎叶比均最高,分别为8.88%,91.25和1.95,NDF和ADF含量最低,分别为59.82%、38.79%,粗脂肪含量较低,为3.24%,低于青海扁茎早熟禾、青海草地早熟禾和海波草地早熟禾。海晏试验区,陇牧草地早熟禾的粗蛋白含量、相对饲用价值和茎叶比均最高,分别为9.93%,95.42和2.25,NDF和ADF含量最低,分别为58.50%、37.10%,粗脂肪含量较高,为3.44%;(3)陇牧草地早熟禾较巴润草地早熟禾抗寒性好,能在海晏试验区正常越冬和返青,而巴润草地早熟禾和海波草地早熟禾在海晏试验区不能正常越冬;(4)采用灰色关联度分析法对供试材料在两个试验区的营养价值进行了综合评价,早熟禾材料的营养价值综合排序为:陇牧草地早熟禾(海晏)青海扁茎早熟禾(海晏)青海草地早熟禾(海晏)陇牧草地早熟禾(兰州)海波草地早熟禾(兰州)青海草地早熟禾(兰州)青海冷地早熟禾(海晏)青海扁茎早熟禾(兰州)巴润草地早熟禾(兰州)青海冷地早熟禾(兰州)。

Abstract:The nutritional quality of Poa pratensis cv.Longmu (Ⅰ) was comprehensively evaluated by using P.pratensis var.anceps Gaud cv.Qinghai (Ⅱ),P.pratensis cv.Qinghai (Ⅲ),P.crymophila cv.Qinghai (Ⅳ),P.pratensis cv.Baron(Ⅴ) and P.pratensis cv.Haibo(Ⅵ) as controls in Lanzhou (warm semi-arid climate zone) and Haiyan(cold humid climate zone).The results showed that 1) the nutritional quality of tested materials in Haiyan was better than that in Lanzhou;2) in full flowering stage,the content of crude protein,relative feeding value and the stem-leaf ration of P.pratensis cv.Longmu(Ⅰ) in Lanzhou were the highest,which were 8.88%,91.25 and 1.95 ,respectively,the NDF and ADF contents (59.82% and 38.79%) were the lowest,the content of crude fat (3.24%) was relatively lower,which was lower than that of P.pratensis var.anceps Gaud cv.Qinghai (Ⅱ),P.pratensis L.cv.Qinghai (Ⅲ) and P.pratensis cv.Haibo (Ⅵ);the content of crude protein,relative feeding value and stem-leaf ration of P.pratensis cv.Longmu(Ⅰ) in Haiyan were the highest,which were 9.93%,95.42 and 2.25,respectively,the NDF and ADF contents (58.50% and 37.10%) were the lowest,the content of crude fat(3.44%) was relatively higher,which was lower than that of P.pratensis var.anceps Gaud cv.Qinghai (Ⅱ),P.pratensis cv.Qinghai (Ⅲ);3) P.pratensis cv.Longmu (Ⅰ) had better cold resistance,P.pratensis cv.Baron(Ⅴ) and P.pratensis cv.Haibo (Ⅵ) could not overwinter in Haiyan;and 4) The nutritional quality of the forages in these two areas was comprehensively evaluated by the grey correlation analysis method,the rank was: P.pratensis cv.Longmu (ⅠHaiyan)> P.pratensis var.anceps Gaud cv.Qinghai (ⅡHaiyan) > P.pratensis cv.Qinghai (Ⅲ Haiyan)>P.pratensis cv.Longmu (ⅠLanzhou)> P.pratensis cv.Haibo (Ⅵ Lanzhou) > P.pratensis cv.Qinghai (Ⅲ Lanzhou)> P.crymophila cv.Qinghai (Ⅳ Haiyan)> P.pratensis var.anceps Gaud cv.Qinghai (ⅡLanzhou) > P.pratensis cv.Baron (Ⅴ Lanzhou) > P.crymophila cv.Qinghai (Ⅳ Lanzhou).
