超临界CO2萃取柞蚕油的工艺条件

摘    要:为了充分开发柞蚕资源,以柞蚕为原料萃取柞蚕油。探讨了超临界状态下萃取压力、温度、时间及柞蚕粉细度对柞蚕油萃取率的影响,得出最佳工艺条件为:压力30MPa、温度50℃、时间60min、粉碎度110目。以上条件下柞蚕油的萃取得率可达到13.65%。

Abstract:In order to explore the resource of tussah,tussah was taken as raw material to extract tussah oil. The influence of extracting pressure,temperature,time,and tussah powder's shatter on the refinement of tussah oil was studied systematically under supercritical condition.The results showed that the best condition is that the pressure is 30 MPa,with the temperature 50℃,the time 60 min and the powder's smashing de- gree 110 mesh.The rate of extraction is 13.65%.
