摘    要:茶尺蠖是茶树上一种重要的食叶性害虫,分布于我国各茶区,经常在局部茶园暴发成灾,对茶叶生产造成严重的损失。茶尺蠖病毒是控制茶尺蠖自然种群消长的重要因子,主要包括茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒和茶尺蠖小RNA病毒。本文综述了茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒(EoNPV)生物学特性、扩繁、制剂的研发与应用、定性定量检测技术的建立、重组NPV病毒和茶尺蠖小RNA病毒分子生物学方面的研究进展情况,为更好的利用病毒防治茶尺蠖提供参考。

Abstract:Tea geometrid is one of the most important pests in tea plantation, and it distributes in all tea region of China, often outbreaks in some tea plantation and causes serious loss of tea production. The virus is one of the most important factors to control the tea geometrid population in tea plantation, which mainly include Ectropis oblique Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (EoNPV) and Picorna-like Virus. This paper summarized the EoNPV research advances on biological characteristics, virus multiplication, the research and application of preparation, the establishment of qualitative and quantitative detection technology, recombinant NPV virus and main progresses in the molecular biology of Picorna-like Virus. The research would provide reference for better using the virus to control the tea geometrid.
