摘    要:目的]优化瘤果黑种草生物碱乙醇提取工艺.方法]Box-Behnke中心组合设计为原理,以乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间为自变量,生物碱含量为因变量,利用Minitab程序进行分析.结果]确定了瘤果黑种草生物碱乙醇提取的最优工艺,工艺参数乙醇浓度为69;、料液比10 mug、提取温度83℃、提取时间160 min,在此条件下生物碱含量为3.89mg/g.结论]该方法能很好地对瘤果黑种草生物碱乙醇提取工艺进行优化.

Abstract:【Objective】To optimize the extraction technique for total alkaloids from Nigella glandulifera Freyn.by EtOH.【Method】Using Box-Behnke central composite design and Minitab the results were analyzed.【Result】The optimal techniques,by which the alkloids were extracted from Nigella glandulifern Freyn were determined,the optimun conditions were EtOH density of 69%,the ratio of bittermelon to solvent was 10 mL/g,extracting temperature was 83℃ and extracting time was 160 min.Under these conditions the extraction rate of total alkaloid could be up to 3.89 mg/g.【Conclusion】The method can optimize the the extraction technique for total alkaloids from Nigella glandulifera Freyn.
