摘    要:目的]测定0.6;苦内酯水剂和1.5;除虫菊素水乳剂对棉蚜的防治效果,以用于有机棉田棉蚜的防治.方法]室内试验测定0.6;苦内酯水剂和1.5;除虫菊素水乳剂对棉蚜的LD50和LC50,并进行田间防效测定.结果]0.6;苦内酯水剂和1.5;除虫菊素水乳剂对棉蚜在处理24的LC50值分别为430.064 1和473.1395 mg/L;LD50值分别为0.0001和0.000 3 μg/g,结论]田间药效试验表明1.5;除虫菊素水乳剂持效性较好,施药7 d后的防效为80.13;,0.6;苦内酯水剂的持效期较短药7 d后的防效为43.72;.

Abstract:【Objective】To ascertain the control effects of 0.6% Ginkgolides WE and 1.5% Pyrethrins WE on Aphis gossypii in organic cotton fields.【Method】Toxicity of Ginkgolides and Pyrethrins on Aphis gossypii were tested in laboratory,and tested its effect on Aphis gossypii were tested in fields.【Result】The laboratory experimental results indicated that the LC50 of Ginkgolides and Pyrethrins after 24 h treatment were 430.064 1 mg/L and 473.139 5 mg/L,the LD50 of Ginkgolides and Pyrethrins after 24 h treatment were 0.000 1 and 0.000 3 μg/g.【Conclusion】The field trial results showed that Pyrethrins had sustainable control effect on Aphis Gossypii.After 7 days treatment,the control efficacy was 80.13%.After 7 days treatment,the Ginkgolides efficacy was depressed by 43.72%.Ginkgolides and Pyrethrins could control Aphis gossypii in organic cotton fields.
