| 摘 要： | 用玉米万瑞1号为材料,研究不同pH值的模拟酸雨条件对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,pH值为5.6,4.5,3.5和2.5的不同溶液模拟酸雨条件对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长产生了不同程度的影响。当模拟酸雨的pH值由5.6下降到2.5时,种子的发芽势从93.23%下降到53.24%,发芽率从95.45%下降到57.12%,发芽指数从29.74下降到13.46,活力指数从5.50下降到1.80;叶片中亚硝酸根离子含量从210.13μg(/g.h)下降到152.21μg(/g.h),叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量分别从1.512,0.588,2.100 mg/g下降到1.008,0.347,1.355 mg/g。pH值为2.5的模拟酸雨对玉米幼苗叶片产生了明显的伤害,出现黄斑、卷缩、褪色和黄化等现象,严重地抑制了玉米幼苗的生长与发育。
