| 摘 要： | 自然资源在区域经济发展中起重要作用,它既可促进区域经济增长,又可通过一些机制阻碍经济增长。自然资源对经济增长的约束表现为自然资源短缺和自然资源过剩对区域经济增长的阻碍。资源短缺和资源过剩阻碍经济社会发展的实质和表现迥异,解决途径也不同。耕地作为人类最基础的生存资源,其数量与经济增长关系密切。以吉林省为研究区域,以耕地资源相对丰裕度和人均GDP为分析指标,定量分析了耕地与经济增长的关系,结果发现二者基本符合库兹涅茨曲线规律;吉林省相对丰富的耕地资源一定程度上阻碍了经济增长;吉林省耕地面积大量减少与经济快速增长基本同步;耕地资源相对过多或过少都不是好事。
