| 摘 要： | 采用明胶、阿拉伯胶为囊材进行沙棘油微囊化，通过改进干燥工艺，不需填加分散剂，即可得到囊髻圆整、流动性良好、塑性强、粒径分布均匀的沙棘油微囊。包囊率达85％，含油量达32％。通过光、热、湿稳定性考察表明：与液体油脂相比，沙棘油微囊的稳定性得到了提高。

| Abstract: | Micro - capsule of Hippophae hamnoides Linn oil was made with glutin and Arabian gum. The micro - capsule with the characters of roundly- shaped, better fluidity, easier molding, and even distribution of granules was obtained by the improved technology of drying under the absence of any dispersants. Results showed that the enwrapping rate could reach 85% and the oil content was up to 32%. Compared with liquid grease, the stabilities of the micro -capsule of Hippophae hamnoides oil to light, heat and humid were all improved a lot. |
