萘胺类化合物缓解家蚕氟中毒的效果

摘    要:用氟敏指数和过氧化氢酶活性为指标 ,测定萘胺类化合物 (CRL)和增效剂的解毒效果。其结果为CRL和增效剂有良好的解毒效果。NaF、NaF +CRL、NaF +CRL +增效剂 3种处理的氟敏指数依次递减 ,而过氧化氢酶活性的大小依次为NaF处理区 >NaF +CRL处理区 >NaF +CRL +增效剂处理区 >对照。

Abstract:Using the fluorine sensitive index and the activity of hydrogen peroxidase as criteria,the influences of naphthylamine compound CRL and synergist on remission of fluorine toxicosis of silkworm were determined.The results showed that the CRL and synergist had a good effect on remission of fluorine toxicosis of silkworm.The fluorine senstive index of three treatments applied with NaF,NaF+CRL and NaF+CRL+synergist,declined according to the order,and the activities of hydrogen peroxidase decreased sequentially as the following order:NaF treatment,NaF+CRL treatment,NaF+CRL+synergist treatment and the control.
