摘 要: | 以无菌播种取得的铁皮石斛无菌苗作为试验材料,研究1/2 MS 培养基中添加不同浓度的添加物对铁皮
石斛的增殖、生根的影响。结果表明;马铃薯汁和木瓜乳有利于诱导芽的增殖,其中又以1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L +蔗糖
30 g/L+马铃薯200 g/L 培养基最有利于诱导芽的增殖;香蕉乳有利于诱导生根,其中又以1/2 MS +NAA 0.5 mg/L+蔗
糖30 g/L +香蕉100 g/L 培养基最有利于诱导芽生根。

Effects of different additives and concentrations on

Abstract: | The effects of different additives on proliferation and rooting culture of Dendrobium officinale were studied.
The results showed that: potato and papaya were conductive to bud proliferation, among which the 1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+
sucrose 30 g/L+200 potato g/L medium was the best; banana promoted the rooting induction, in which 1/2 MS+NAA 0.5
mg/L+ sucrose 30 g/L+Banana 100 g/L medium was the best to induce the rooting of the shoots. |
