基于水平传感单元的激光平地机设计方法

摘    要:针对激光平地机中激光平面仪尧激光接收阵列以及平地铲控制单元的设计进行了详细的论述。利用直 流电机带动五角棱镜自转获得激光平面,通过自刻光栅完成直流电机的闭环控制,从而实现了激光平面的出射角度 控制。自行设计了一款基于普通水泡的水平传感单元,有效保证了激光平面的水平精度。将一定数量的硅光电池排 列成激光接收阵列作为光敏单元安装在平地铲的力臂上,后级采用相应的放大尧整形与滤波电路处理输出信号,控 制器可以获得平地铲当前位置和运行速度。基于接受阵列设计了平地铲的控制算法,保证了激光平地机的工作精 度。实测结果表明,系统产生激光平面的水平误差小于25义且土地平整精度小于50 mm。

Design method of laser grader based on level sensor element
Abstract:This paper makes a detailed discussion on laser plane instrument, laser receiver array and the design of flat shovel control unit of laser grader. Using DC motor to drive rotation of the pentagonal prism, laser plane and completing the closed loop, DC motor is controlled by self-guiding grating and consequently the injection angle control of the laser plane is achieved. The design a level sensor element based on ordinary blisters will effectively guarantee the horizontal precision. Arrange a certain amount of silicon photocells as the laser receive arrays and then installs them on the force arm of the flat blade as photoconductive unit. The poweramp uses the corresponding amplify shape and filter circuit to process the output signal, the controller can obtain the current position and speed of the flat blade. The control algorithms of the flat blade based on the receiver array can ensure the working accuracy of the laser grader. The results of the test show that the laser plane horizontal error produced by the system is less than 25'' and the leveling accuracy is less than 50 mm.
