荧光假单胞菌对烟草根际微生物种群数量及根系活力的影响

摘    要:
用荧光假单胞菌和氧氯化铜处理烟草根际土壤,通过盆栽试验研究对根际微生物种群数量和根系活力的影响。结果表明,施用荧光假单胞菌菌液后,使根际细菌和放线菌数量第一周显著增加,第二周和第三周恢复到和对照一致,对根际真菌数量的影响是使其逐渐下降,第一周和第二周和对照相比差异不显著,第三周显著低于对照;氧氯化铜施人烟草根际土壤后,第一周使根际细菌数量极显著下降,并一直保持低于对照的水平,对根际真菌数量影响不显著,对根际放线菌数量的影响是使其逐渐下降,到第三周显著低于对照。用荧光假单胞菌处理后,烟草根系活力显著提高,根系生物量显著增加。

Abstract:
A pot plant experiment that used pseudomonad strains and copper oxychloride on treating the soil around tobacco root aimed at investigating effects on rhizospere microbial populations and the root activity of Nicotiana tabacun L. The results indicated that the populations of rhizospere bacteria and actinomyces increased significantly after the application of pseudomonad strains in the first week. But the quantities in the second week and the third week were restored to control, and the effects on the quantities of rhizosphere fungi decreased gradually, compared with control, while the quantities in the second and the third week altered little, and the quantity in the third week was much lower. After copper oxychloride entered the tobacco rhizospere soil, the populations of rhizospere bacteria exhibited notably decrease, and always mataining the level lower than control, but the effects on the populations of rhizospere fungi were very limited. However, in the third week, the effects on the rhizosphere actinomyces populations were found to be decreasing gradually and significantly lower than control. The root activity of Nicotiana tabacun L. improved remarkably and the root biomass also increased markedly after the handling of pseudomonad strains.
