| 摘 要： | 甘薯茎尖分生组织脱毒培养技术是目前防治病毒病最有效的方法。阐述了我国甘薯病的田间症状及病原种类，并综述了茎尖分生组织脱毒及检测甘薯病毒常用的生物学、血清学、分子生物学等几种主要检测技术的特点。

| Abstract: | The tip meristem virus-free culture of sweet potato was the most effective way to control virus disease at present.The symptoms and pathogen species of sweet potato virus disease in China were introduced.The tip meristem virus-free culture of sweet potato and the characters of the main detection techniques of sweet potato virus disease such as biology,serology and molecular biology techniques were reviewed. |
