| Abstract: | The Collective Leadership of the Party Central Committee of the 3thGenerations, has applied and developed social development strategy of Deng Xiaop-ing creatively, and has put forward 1he strategy of "invigorating the countrythrough science and education" and "sustainable development", which is coordina-ted with the state' s policies and guiding principles. Putting forward and imple-menting the two strategies are advancing Deng Xiaoping's three stages development strategy for the set objective. |
