摘 要: | 从广西融水县郊采集的茴香菖蒲用水蒸气蒸馏制备挥发油,再运用气质联用进行化学成分分析,鉴定了28个化合物,含量占总挥发油的93.43%,主要成分为丁香酚甲醚,与相关报道存在较大差异,其含量占总挥发油的66.13%。

Abstract: | The essential oil of Acorus illiciodes F.N.Wei et Y.K.Lee was extracted by Steam distillation.Twenty eight chemical compounds have been identified by GC-MS,accounting for 93.43% of the total essential oil calculated by area normalization method.The main component was methyleugenol which was 66.13% of the total essential oil.It was great different from previous reports. |
