超早期断奶应激对仔猪T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

试验用４头１４日龄杜×（大×长）三元杂交体重相似的公猪，随机分至断奶组和哺乳组，每组两个重复，每重复１头猪，研究超早期断奶应激对仔猪免疫机能的影响。试验结果表明，ＣＤ４＋、ＣＤ８＋、ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋３项指标在断奶后第２天分别较对照组下降１９．５７％、１５．１５％和１３．３３％（ｐ＞０．０５）。在断奶后第４天，与哺乳组相比，ＣＤ４＋、ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋分别下降７．３５％和２５％，ＣＤ８＋上升３１．４３％（ｐ＜０．０５）。在断奶后第６天，３项指标分别较哺乳组升高２４．１４％、１０．８７％和７．６９％（ｐ＞０．０５）。在断奶后第９天，与哺乳组相比，ＣＤ４＋、ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋分别升高２０％、７５％，ＣＤ８＋下降３１．７５％。以上结果表明，在断奶后４天内，表现出断奶应激降低细胞免疫机能的趋势，但从第６天起，免疫功能开始恢复。

Effect of Segregated Early Wean Stressors on T Lymphocyte Subgroup of Piglets

The trial was undertaken with four 14-day-old LYD male piglets to study the effect of segregated early wean stressors(SEWS)on immune responses of piglets. The pigs were randomly divided into weaning group and suckling group. Each group had two replicates, with one piglet per replicate. The results showed that:On the 2nd day postweaning, CD4 ,CD8 ,CD4 /CD8 was lowered by 19.57%,15.15%,13.33%respectively(p>0.05).Compared with suckling group, CD4 and CD4 /CD8 of weaning group was decreased by 7.35% and 25% respectively, while CD8 was increased by 31.43% on the 4th day postweaning(P>0.05). On the 6thday postweaning, the above three parameters was increased by 24.14%,10.87% and 7.69% respectively(P>0.05). On the 9thday posyweaning, CD4 and CD4 /CD8 of weaning group was decreased by 20% and 75% respectively, while CD8 was increased by 31.75%(p>0.05). It seemed that the immune responses of piglets had the tendency to be lowered by SEWS within four days postweaning, while from the 6thday postweaning,
