DNA分子标记在作物育种中的应用

摘    要:从2个方面介绍了分子标记的种类,其一是从Southern杂交为基础方面,主要介绍了RFLP,其二是从PCR为基础方面,主要介绍了RAPD,SSR,AFLP,SCAR,CAPS,SNP,EST。另外,还从遗传图谱的构建、作物品种纯度和真实性的鉴定、核心种质的鉴定、遗传多样性的分析、基因定位、杂种优势的预测以及辅助选择育种等方面介绍了分子标记在作物育种上的应用。

Abstract:The types of molecular marker techniques are discussed in this paper. Firstly we mainly introduced RFLP Which is the basis of the Southern hybridization. Secondly we introduced RAPD, SSR, AFLP, SCAR, CAPS, sNP, EST which are the basis of PCR. We also discussed the application conditions of different DNA molecular marker techniques as follows: the construction of genetic map ,the purity and reality indentification of variety, the indentification of core germplasm, the analysis of genetic diversity ,the location of gene,the prediction of hybrid heterosis and assisted selection.
