东莞发展都市农业的SWOT 分析

随着城市化进程的加快，都市农业已经成为都市经济的重要组成部分，作为与都市经济发展和人民生活息息相关的基础产业，具有保障生活尧稳定社会尧平衡生态和旅游休闲等作用。都市农业是东莞农业的发展方向和现实选择。运用SWOT 分析法，分析了东莞市都市农业发展的优势尧劣势尧机遇尧挑战，指出了东莞都市农业发展的优势有区位尧交通优越，市场潜力巨大，政策优势，科技优势；劣势有发展空间萎缩尧人员素质较低尧生产经营分散尧科技含量不高；机遇是政府支持尧旅游农业发展空间大；而挑战是农业环境问题较为突出尧轻农观念有待转变。

SWOT analysis on Dongguan urban agriculture

With the development of urbanization, the urban agriculture has been an important part of metropolitan economy.The urban agriculture is closely linked with the urban economic development and people''s life, and plays important roles insubsistence guarantee, social stability, ecological balance, tourism and leisure et al. Urban agriculture is the development directionand the reality choice of Dongguan agriculture. This paper analyzes the advantages, weaknesses, opportunitieses, threats of urbanagricultural development in Dongguan city with SWOT analysis method. Meanwhile, this paper points out that urban agriculture inDongguan city has the position advantage, convenient transportation, great market potential, policy advantage and technologicaladvantage; the weaknesses includ the development space shrinking, low national quality, the production and operation dispersionand the low technical content; the opportunities are government support and big tourism agriculture development space; the threatsare that the agricultural environment problems are prominent and the bias aganist agricultural should be changed.
