大豆杂交F4代农艺性状的遗传变异参数分析

摘    要:以中、美、日、韩四国的大豆品种作亲本,组配成中×美、中×中、中×日、中×韩、美×中、美×日、美×美等26个杂交组合,分析了F4代农艺性状的遗传参数,结果表明1)F4分枝始节、主茎分枝数等性状的遗传变异度较大;2)不同组合的株高、结荚高度、主茎节数遗传力较大;3)主茎分枝数、结荚高度等性状GS和RGS较大,有较高的遗传潜力;4)单株荚数、单株粒数与单株产量呈极显著正相关;百粒重与单株产量、荚宽呈显著正相关.

Abstract:Twenty-six F4 generations were derived from the crosses combined with the parents from China, America, Japan and Korea, respectively. Genetic variation and relationship of agronomic characters in F4 generation were studied in this work. The results showed that: 1) Singnificant variantion of first node on branch and main stem were appeared in lots of lines. 2) Genetic ability for plant height, initiative pod height and No. main stem node was relatively high in tested crosses. 3) There is more potential gentic ability for number of branch and initiative height pod in GS and RGS. 4) No. of pod and seed per individuals have positive correlationship with yield per plant, 100-seed weight and yield per plant have significantly correlationship as well.
