网络环境下馆员心理问题及解决途径

分析网络环境下专业图书馆馆员因心理失去平衡、心理压力加大及心理障碍等产生心理问题的成因,提出解决馆员心理问题的途径:提高对现代数字图书馆的认识、使馆员认识到传统图书馆的不可替代性、提高心理健康水平等。

Psychological problems of librarians in special library under the network environment

Under the network environment unbalanced psychology,the large pressure and the psychological barrier and so on has led to some psychological questions for the specialized library librarian.This paper proposed the approvals to solve these questions: enhancing the understanding to modern digital library,making the librarian to realize the important position of traditional library,raising the psychologically healthy level.
