摘    要:目的]寻找8-HQS对香石竹"马士特"的最佳保鲜浓度。方法]通过对瓶插期间香石竹"马士特"外观及生理指标的测定,研究0(T1)、0.4(T2)0、.5(T3)0、.6(T4)0、.8(T5)1、.0(T6)g/L 8-HQS对香石竹的保鲜效果。结果]T5、T6、T3、T4和T2比CK(蒸馏水)和T1效果好,差异极显著。与对照相比,花径分别增大了1.78、1.92、1.491、.460、.87 cm,瓶插寿命分别延长了4.4、3.2、4.16、.53、.9 d。各处理均可以增大切花花径,延长瓶插寿命,不同程度的增加切花鲜重。高温不利于香石竹保鲜。8-HQS有很好的抑菌作用,可以延长切花的瓶插寿命。T5、T6保持切花鲜重在100%以上的时间长达14 d,切花花径显著增加,瓶插寿命延长。较高浓度的8-HQS(0.81、.0 g/L)仍可使香石竹的瓶插寿命延长。结论]0.8 g/L 8-HQS+30 g/L蔗糖+0.25 g/LCA对香石竹的保鲜效果最好,并且提高了观赏品质。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to seek for the optimum fresh-keeping concentration of 8-HQS on Carnation "Matute".Method] Through the determination on appearance and physiological indices of Carnation "Matute" in the vase life, the fresh-keeping effects of 0(T1),0.4(T2),0.5(T3),0.6(T4),0.8(T5),1.0(T6) g/L 8-HQS on Carnation were studied.Result] The effects of treatments of T5,T6,T3,T4 and T2 were better than that of CK(distilled water) and T1,and the difference was extremely significant.Compared with CK,the flower diameters increased 1.78,1.92,1.49,1.46,and 0.87 cm resp.,and the vase lives were prolonged for 4.4,3.2,4.1,6.5 and 3.9 d resp.All the treatments could increase the diameter of cut flower,prolong the vase life,and increase the fresh weight of cut flower to different degrees.High temperature went against the fresh-keeping of Carnation.8-HQS had very good bacteriostasis and could prolong the vase life of cut flower.The time of keeping the fresh weight of cut flower over 100% in T5 and T6 was up to 14 d,with the diameter of cut flower increasing significantly and vase life prolonging.8-HQS with higher concentrations(0.8 and 1.0 g/L) could also prolong the vase life of Carnation.Conclusion] 0.8 g/L 8-HQS 30 g/L sucrose 0.25 g/L CA on Carnation had best fresh-keeping effect and enhanced the ornamental quality.
