核桃楸种仁可溶性多糖热水提取工艺研究

摘    要:利用正交实验设计的方法对核桃楸种仁可溶性多糖的热水提取工艺进行了研究。结果表明,核桃楸种仁可溶性多糖热水提取的最佳工艺参数为:提取温度100℃、提取时间2.5h、料液比1∶30,此时的多糖得率为6.134%;多糖提取以2次为宜。

Abstract:The optimal hot water extraction technology of soluble polysaccharides from Juglans mandshurica seed kernel was studied by orthogonal test in this paper. The results showed that : The optimum qualification of hot water extraction was . The solid liquid ratio was 1 : 30; The temperature was 100 ℃ ;The extraction time was 2. 5h; The yield of polysaccharides was 6. 134%. The extraction degree was 2 times.
