| 摘 要： | 根据造纸企业知识资源的特点,从以人为载体、以物为载体、以组织结构为载体和企业外部市场知识等4个方面。建立了造纸企业知识资源丰度的评价指标体系,运用灰关联分析法对造纸企业进行知识资源丰度评价,分析评价的结果并指出改进空间。

| Abstract: | Evaluation index system of richness -degree is constructed based on the features of knowledge resources of papermaldng enterprises with four respects to people, material, the organizational structure as the carrier and external knowledge. Richness- degree of knowledge resources of papermaking enterprises is evaluated applying grey relational analysis. Finally, the evaluation results are analyzed, the room for improvement is pointed. |
