| Abstract: | Chlorophyll content could be looked as an important index to evaluate the green tea.Several solvents were used to extract chlorophyll in green tea,and it was found that the DMF(dimethylformamide)could get the best result,and the mixture of acetone,ethanol and water could get a good result also. |
