| 摘 要： | 对森林景观资产进行评估研究,是盘活森林景观资产市场的必然需求.首次将条件价值法即CVM法引入森林景观资产评估中来,并在理论上解决了景观评估中支付意愿WTP测算,游客量预测、收入、成本、费用的确定与计算等问题,在森林景观资产评估的实践操作中具有较强的指导意义.

Study on CVM Method of Forest Landscape Asset Evaluation |

| Abstract: | Appraising the worth of forest landscape asset is necessary to stimulate forest landscape market. This article firstly introduced CVM method into forest landscape asset evaluation, and solved a series of questions,such as WTP computing, tourist quantity forecasting, income & cost calculating etc,which has instructional meaning to implementary operation of forest landscape asset evaluation. |
