木质纤维素制燃料乙醇的预处理研究

摘    要:
指出了制做乙醇的过程中,对玉米芯预处理条件的探究是整个实验的重要环节。采用酸水解法,通过正交试验,得出了玉米芯水解得到木糖过程中的最适温度为119.8℃、时间为90min、硫酸浓度1.16%、固液比为1:10等条件,且提高玉米芯的利用率最终为0.30g/g。

Abstract:
Recently,It has great value to use lignocelluloses to produce fuel ethanol for easing the energy crisis.The pretreatment of lignocelluloses is a pivotal step in the ethanol process.This paper takes the method of dilute acid hydrolysis and designs an orthogonal experiment to study the best condition that use lignocelluloses to get xylose.The results show that when the temperature achieves 119.8 ℃,the concentration of sulfuric acid is 1.16%,the ratio of solid and liquid is 1:10,and lasting for 90 minutes,the utilization ratio of lignocelluloses is improved to be 0.30g/g.
