资源型城市工业旅游开发条件与模式研究

资源型城市工业旅游开发对于资源型城市产业转型和实现可持续发展具有重要意义。文中在已有研究的基础上,通过对资源型地区/城市工业旅游吸引物和市场条件的定性分析,提出了工业旅游产品开发的拓展模式。我国资源型城市工业生产活动中的工业机器、生产设备、厂房建筑、生产场景等这些人类生产与工作的工业文明见证构成了工业旅游吸引物;而商务游客、学生、银发族和当地居民则构成了资源型城市工业旅游市场结构的主体。根据不同类型工矿企业的吸引物和市场条件,提出了四种不同的工业旅游开发模式:博物馆模式、观光体验模式、园区一体化模式与区域联合模式。资源型城市应该依据不同的企业采取不同的模式,做有重点有层次的开发。

Research on development conditions and modes of industrial tourism in resource-based cities

The development of industrial tourism is of great significance for resource-based cities to achieve industrial transformation and sustainable development.We proposed new modes for the development of industrial products based on the qualitative analysis of industrial tourism attractions and targeted markets.Industrial machines,facilities,workshops and architectures,as well as the working scene existing in the industrial productions,are all important components of industrial tourism attractions.As to the visitors of industrial tourism,businessmen,students,the old and the local residents take the biggest proportion.Based on the above analysis,four kinds of development modes are proposed according to different attractions and targeted markets,namely,the museum mode,the sightseeing and experience creating mode,the integrated park mode and the regional collaboration mode.Resource-based cities should choose suitable development mode respectively and develop industrial tourism with different focuses.
