| 摘 要： | 农业保险如果按商业化经营,其成本高昂,容易导致市场失灵;而完全依赖政府,同样存在高监督成本与低效率问题。据中国农村区域特点和农村经济发展导向性差异,有选择地借鉴国外农业保险的发展实践,提出适合中国农业保险发展的运行模式。

| Abstract: | If agricultural instance is managed in commercialization way,its cost is high and it tends to result in market failure.If it relies on the government completely,high cost and low efficiency still exist.According to the regional characteristics of country and directing differences of rural economy development in China,using developmental practices of foreign agricultural insurance selectively for reference,a suitable operation model for the development of agricultural insurance in China was put forward. |
