峨眉产雅连指纹图谱研究

摘    要:
[目的]建立道地药材峨眉产雅连的指纹图谱,为峨眉产雅连的品质评价提供新方法。[方法]采用RP-HPLC(DAD)法梯度洗脱测定峨眉产雅连指纹图谱,并比较分析各峰相对保留时间的RSD。[结果]初步建立了峨眉产雅连的指纹图谱,得到的指纹图谱显示出11个特征峰;通过与对照品的保留时间比较,确定其中5、7、s号峰分别为药根碱、巴马汀和小檗碱。[结论]RP-HPLC(DAD)法重现性好,可用于峨眉产雅连的品质评价。

Abstract:
[Objective] The research aimed to establish the fingerprint of genuine medicinal materials Coptis deltoidea C.Y.Cheng et Hsiao produced from Emei and provide new methods for the quality evaluation of C.deltoidea produced from Emei.[Method] The fingerprint of C.deltoidea produced from Emei was determined by RP-HPLC(DAD) method and the gradient elution.RSD of the relative retention time of each peak was compared and analyzed.[Result] The fingerprint of C.deltoidea produced from Emei was preliminarily established.The obtained fingerprint showed 11 characteristic peaks.Through comparing with the retention time of reference substance,it was confirmed that peak 5,7 and s were jatrorrhizine,palmatine and berberine.[Conclusion] RP-HPLC(DAD) method had good reproducibility and could be used in the quality evaluation of C.deltoidea produced from Emei.
