生姜低温吸附干燥特性及最佳工艺条件的研究

摘    要:对生姜的低温吸附干燥特性及影响因素进行了研究。采用正交试验法,选定介质温度、相对湿度、风速和物料尺寸为4因素,得到了生姜的最佳干燥工艺条件。

Abstract:The low-temperature adsorption drying characteristics and its influencing factors of fresh ginger have been investigated. The drying temperature, humidity, velocity and the size of the sample were chosen as key factors, optimal drying process have been obtained by using the orthogonal test method.
