| 摘 要： | 文中论述了吉林省农民合作经济组织发展的总体情况，分析了吉林省农民合作经济组织发展中存在的问题及其制约因素，提出了对策建议：坚持因地制宜，积极稳步地推进合作经济组织的发展；坚持自愿原则，不搞行政命令；积极地实施农民专业合作社法；健全农民合作经济组织发展的信贷、财政、信息支撑体系；督查内部管理制度，促进规范运作；加强合作经济方面的教育和培训等。
