精密设备隔振系统参数优化

摘    要:二次隔振装置广泛应用于精密仪器设备中,隔振性能依赖于其结构参数。研究了二次隔振系统参数优化设计,将最大熵方法引入到二次隔振系统参数优化设计中,并结合遗传算法,给出了二次隔振系统参数优化设计的一种混合数值方法。最后用此方法对二次隔振系统进行了参数优化设计,优化后的二次隔振系统隔振性能大幅度提高。

Abstract:Two-stage vibration isolation system is widely used in sensitive instruments. Effectiveness of the two-stage vibration isolation system depends on its structural parameters. Optimization of parameters for the two-stage vibration isolation system was studied. Maximum entropy approach combined with genetic algorithms was introduced to optimize the parameters of the system, a new combined algorithm for parameters optimization of the system was proposed. The efficiency of vibration isolation has been improved effectively by optimal design for the two-stage vibration isolation system with this method.
