Research Advance in Identification of Transgenic Agricultural Products by Using NIR Spectroscopy

This paper summarized the application of near-infrared(NIR) spectroscopy technique in the quantitative and qualitative analyses of agricultural products and foods in recent years,introduced the use of NIR technology for the selection of transgenic crops and the identification of transgenic agricultural products,compared NIR technology with the traditional methods for the identification of transgenic agricultural products,and suggested that NIR spectroscopy technique was a good potential method for the identification of transgenic agricultural products.
