玉米花期性状的QTL分析

摘    要:选用来自农大108(黄C×许178)的一套包含151个重组近交系为基础材料,通过一年3点试验,对玉米散粉期、吐丝期及散粉-吐丝间隔期进行QTL分析,共定位了7个散粉期的QTL、8个吐丝期的QTL及7个散粉-吐丝间隔期的QTL。这些QTL集中分布在第1、3、9号染色体上的3个区段,单个性状检测到QTL的总效应可分别解释性状表型变异的10.18%~33.85%。

Abstract:A set of 151 recombinant inbred line (RIL) population derived from an elite hybrid Nongda108 (Huang C× Xu178) were employed to dissect the genetic basis of the date to pollen, date to silk, anthesis-silking interval, and the materials were evaluated at Nanyang, Zhengzhou and Xunxian locations. Twenty-two QTL were detected for the three measured traits, including 7 QTL for date to pollen, 8 QTL for date to silk, 7 QTL for anthesis-silking interval. These QTL mainly residing on 3 regions in chromosome 1, 3 and 9, and the total contribution of the QTL detected for each trait could explain 10.18%-33.85% phenotypic variance.
