| Abstract: | The techniques of germination and breaking dormancy of Cornus wateri seed were discussed in this paper.The existance of germination inhibitors was proved by seed morphology,water absorption,TTC method for seed vigor,inclusion determination and cabbage seed germination experiment,which was carried out by weighing,measuring,and anatomy and so on.Cold stratification,temperature stratification,compared with flooding treatment was used to research the techniques of breaking seed dormancy.The results showed that ... |
