华南四省区大豆地方品种群体遗传特点的研究

在南京夏播条件下，研究华南四省区大豆地方品种群体主要农艺和品质性状的遗传特点、选择潜力和性状相关、华南群体具有植株高、粒小、蛋白质含量高、油分含量低、产量低等特点。百粒重、产量遗传变异丰富，选择潜力大；品质性状遗传变异小，选择潜力有限。全生育期是遗传变异中的最主要成分性状，且以全生育期进行的动态聚类分析分成的三类，有按春、夏、秋（冬）品种自然分类的趋势．产量与蛋白质含量负相关，与油分含量无显著相关；蛋白质含量与油分含量无显著相关。

STUDY ON GENETIC PECULIARITY OF SOYBEAN LAND RACE POPULATION FROM FOUR PROVINCES IN SOUTHERN CHINA

A stratified random sample of 180 soybean land races from Hu'nan,Guangdong,GuangXi and Yunnan in Southern China was tested in Nanjing to study their genetic peculiarity variability and selection potential of agronomic and seed quality traits.The population appeared to have higher plant height,smaller 100-seed weight,higher protein content,lower oil content,and lower seed yield than the commercialcultivars from lowed Yangtze Valley.The land races from the four provinces were different in most traitsstudied.Days to flowering,days to maturity,number of pods per plant,100-seed weight and seed yield hadcomparatively great selection potential while oil content and protein content had only a moderate selectionrespones.The principal component analysis,dynamic clustering analysis and correlation analysis amongagronomic and seed quality traits of the population were also reported.
