摘    要:采用温室盆栽试验的方法,研究了NaCl胁迫下施氮对大麦幼苗Na+、K+含量,净光合速率和植株生长的影响.Nacl处理降低幼苗N、K+累积量.施N(100,200mg/kg)可以减少幼苗地上部的Na+含量,增加含K+量和K+向上运输的选择性,降低第3叶的电解质渗出率;叶片的净光合速率和生长速率及幼苗干物重均因施氮而提高

Abstract:Pot experiments were conducted in greenhouse to study the effect of nitrogen on the contents of sodium and potassium, net photosynthetic rate and growth of barley seedlings under salinity The results indicated that the application of nitrogen(100 and 200 mg/kg) increased the K content in shoots and K:Na selectivity ratio(SRK. Na) of transportation to shoot, but decreased the Na content in shoots and electrolyte leakage percentage of the third leaf. The net photosynthetic rates and growth rates of leaves increased with added nitrogen.
