辽东白嗉鸭种质性能研究报告

辽东白嗉鸭是一个具有独特外貌特征和生产性能的地方鸭种资源类群,对丰富世界鸭种遗传资源的多样性有着重大意义。对该鸭种的种质性能进行测定,结果:从羽色及蹼色可分为3个亚型,即黑羽白嗉、银灰羽白嗉、金掌白嗉;体形、体重有兼用型的特征,成年公鸭屠宰率84.1%,胸肌率17.6%,腿肌率16.4%。银灰羽和黑羽类群公、母鸭的绝对增重峰值期均出现在8~9周龄(28~33g/d),相对增重率的峰值均出现在4周龄(80.43%~85.38%);银灰羽类群公、母鸭的初生重及24周龄体重略高于黑羽类群,但差异不显著(P>0.05);0~6周龄成活率98.6%,7~24周龄成活率97.8%。开产日龄为184d,核心群入舍母鸭年均产蛋量(249±12)个、加权年均产蛋量(285±16)个;普通群入舍母鸭年均产蛋量(174.6±18)个、加权年均产蛋量(186.3±16)个;自然交配公、母比例为1∶9,饲养只日受精率为91.32%。

A report of species characteristics of white craw duck in the eastern Liaoning

White craw ducks in the eastern Liaoning are a local species with special characteristics in China, discovered in the south of latitude 44 degrees north and from longitude 120 to 128 degrees east. The species characteristics of this duck were measured in the present report. The results showed that three sub-sorts from color of feather and web-footed can be classed, black feather and white craw, silver gray and white craw and gold web-footed and white craw. In addition, the shape and weight have dual-characteristics. Adult drake's slaughter rate is 84.1%, pectoral rate is 17.6%, and thigh rate is 16.4%. The absolute peak period of weight gain occurred at 8~9 weeks of age(28~33 g/d)in duck and drake of silver gray feather as same as duck and drake of black feather, while, the relative growth rate peak occurred at 4 weeks of age(80.43%~85.38%). The silver gray and white craw duck's avoirdupois of birth and 24 weeks have greater weight than that of black feather types, but not significant(P>0.05). The survival rate of 0~6 weeks is 98.6%, the survival rate of 7~24 week is 97.8%. The beginning age of laying is 184 day, the annual egg production of duck-housed of Core group is 249±12, and the annual egg production of duck-days is 285 ± 16. In ordinary group, the annual egg production of duck-housed is 174.6 ± 18, and the annual egg production of duck-days is 186.3 ± 16. In experiments we adopt natural mating, the ratio of male and female was 1 to 9, and the fertilized rate was 91.32%. White craw duck in the eastern Liaoning as a local species has solid contributions to enrich duck species resource in the world.
