涉农中职教育教学发展现状及改革对策的研究

本文针对目前涉农中等职业技术教育的发展现状,分析了涉农中职教育教学上的不足,提出了涉农中职教育教学改革的方向及对策：首先是明确涉农专业中职教育人才培养目标,创新人才培养模式;其次是改善涉农专业中职教育的课程模式、优化课程设置;此外,还要加强师资队伍建设、提高教育教学质量。同时,还探讨了未来涉农中职教育的发展趋势及走向：以就业为导向,实行灵活开放多样的办学模式,实行产教结合的人才培养模式,为社会主义新农村建设和推进城镇化建设培养更多的涉农专业骨干人才。

Study on the development trends and teaching reform measures of the agriculture-specialized secondary vocational education

This paper,on the basis of current development position in agriculture-related development of secondary vocational and technical education,analyzed the shortcomings and proposed the countermeasures in agriculture-related vocational education.The viewpoints are as follows： it is the most important to establish the training object and innovate the training mode;to improve and optimized the curriculum model is also very important;in addition,we must strengthen the ranks of teachers and improve education quality.At the same time,this paper also discussed the future of agriculture-related vocational education,and the trend is： in the direction of employment,a flexible and open mode of running school and training students must be implemented for the socialist countryside and town construction.
