| 摘 要： | 采用不同含量的ABT6号生根粉液,对油茶穗条处理不同的时间,进行油茶扦插试验.试验结果表明,采用ABT6号生根粉处理油茶穗条比用萘乙酸处理油茶穗条成活率高15.9%～22.78%,生根数多1.1～4.6条,根长长0.2～1.9 cm.采用速蘸法处理育苗,成活率高、生根多、根系发达,可供生产参考.

| Abstract: | Cutting seedling of oil tea was test by treating cions for different time-span in the liquids of different concentrations of ABT No. 6. The results showed that the survival rate of cions was about more than 15. 9%- 22. 78%, the number of roots was more than1.4-4.6, and the length of root is longer than 0.2-1.9 cm, by ABT NO. 6 than by rootone. It has higher survival rate, more roots and more flourishing roots system through using quick dipping method to deal with seeding, and it had referenced value for production. |
