摘    要:以苯乙酸和间苯二酚为起始原料,用三氟化硼乙醚作溶剂和催化剂,在超声波辐射下"一锅法"合成了7-羟基异黄酮(2),产率92.5%,然后将其在DMF/丙酮的混合溶剂中,以碳酸钾为缩合剂,在超声波辐射下与1,3-二溴丙烷反应合成7-(3-溴丙氧基)异黄酮(3),产率78.6%,其结构通过1HNMR和13CNMR进行确证。该合成方法具有反应条件温和、反应时间短、后处理简便、产率高等优点,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Under ultrasonic irradiation,7-hydroxyisoflavone (2) was synthesized in 92.5% yield by "one pot" from resorcinol and phenylacetic acid using BF3·Et2 as the solvent and the catalyst.Then 7-hydroxyisoflavone (2) was reacted with 1,3-dibromopropane to form 7-(3-bromopropoxy)isoflavone(3) in 78.6% yield by using anhydrous K2CO3 in a solvent mixture of DMF and acetone under ultrasonic irradiation.This method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions,short reaction time,simple operation and high yield.The structure of the target compound was confirmed via 1HNMR and 13CNMR.
