低氧条件对米象种群控制作用的初步研究

摘    要:研究了28℃下1%、2%的稳定氧气浓度条件对米象成虫的致死作用以及2%、5%的稳定氧气浓度条件对米象种群的抑制作用。结果表明,1%氧气浓度对米象成虫的时间致死作用曲线为y=-4.4747+5.2586x,LT50为63.35h;而2%氧气浓度对米象成虫的时间致死作用曲线为y=-5.0825+5.0106x,LT50为102.86h。经过90d的稳定低氧浓度条件作用,5%和2%稳定氧气浓度条件对米象种群抑制率分别为99.26%和99.94%。本研究结果为气调储粮防治害虫提供依据。

Preliminary Study of Low Oxygen against Rice Weevil Population

Abstract:The Lethal effect and Inhibition to rice weevil under low oxygen was studied in this paper. The results showed that the functions of lethal effect on the time to rice weevil under 1% and 2% oxygen concentration were y = - 4. 4747 + 5. 2586x and y = - 5. 0825 + 5. 0106x, and their LTs0 were 63.35 h and 102.86h respectively. The population inhibition rate of rice weevil were 99.26% and 99.94% after 90d. reared under 5% and 2% oxygen concentration. This study results will provide the basis for pest control by controlled atmosphere.
