南方红豆杉种子催芽育苗技术研究

用不同温度的清水、硫酸等对南方红豆杉种子进行催芽处理,结果表明,60℃清水浸泡24h的处理方法最优,发芽率高达82.6～85.5%,平均可达84.1%,比以往不处理直接播种的发芽率提高了2.4倍,基本可实现产业化育苗的要求。而加硫酸或温度过高或过低均对种子发芽不利。

Study on Seed Germination and Seedling-Cultivation Technology of Taxus chinensis var.mairei

The temperature of the water,sulfuric acid,the Taxus chinensis var.mairei seed germination process,the results show that with the "60℃ water soaked 24h" the best approach,the germination rate of 82.6~85.5%,than in the past does not deal with direct seeding increased germination rate 2.4 times the nursery industry can achieve the basic requirements.The sulfuric acid or high and lower temperature on seed germination were negative.
