不同光温敏核不育水稻育性转换与花粉发育的比较

摘    要:以5个光温敏雄性不育水稻为材料,比较研究了它们的育性转换及花粉发育的规律。结果表明,不同的光温敏雄性不育水稻育性转换总趋势是:可育→部分可育部分不育→不育→部分不育部分可育→可育,但在特殊环境因子作用下,不育与可育可发生相互转化,不同的光温敏核不育水稻均存在两个育性转换期,并且第一个育性转换期比第二个育性转换期稳定, 不同光温敏雄性不育水稻不育期内其花粉发育均呈现连续变化,并且呈现一定的规律性,虽

Abstract:The fertility alteration and law of pollen growth have been comparatively studied on 5 kinds of photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile rice (PSGMR). The results showed that tendency of fertility alteration of different PSGMR in a year was as follows:fertile stagepartially fertile and partially sterilesterilepartially sterile and partially fertilefertile. But under the effect of special conditions,the sterile and fertile could be reverted into each other. And different kinds of PSGMR all have two periods of fertility alteration in a year,the first of which was stabler than the second. Pollen morphology and anther growth of different types of PSGMR changed continuously and have a fixed role. Although the length of various pollen development was different in different types of PSGMR or in the same type of sterility of PSGMR in different years,there existed a main stage of pollen sterility,according to which PSGMR could be classified. Also the phenomenon of ecological genetics in PSGMR was discussed in this paper.
