企业员工培训效果评估必须注重整体性

摘    要:培训效果的评估是一项系统性、复杂性的人力资源管理活动。国内企业对培训效果的评估仅仅是在培训结束后进行的,而且只是停留在一些浅显的层面上,无法进行有效的评估。有效的培训评估应贯穿于整个培训过程,包括培训准备阶段的评估、培训实施阶段的评估、培训结束后的评估。

Abstract:The training effect appraisal is a systematic,complex human resources management.The domestic enterprise stra- ing effect the appraisal merely is had started after training carries on,moreover only rests on some simply superficial planes,in- surable to carry on the effective appraisal.The effective training appraisal should pass through to the entire training process,inclu- ding the training preparatory stage appraisal,the training implementation stage appraisal,training had finished after appraisal.
