木材加工类企业安全性评价指标体系及方法的研究

本文根据安全科学原理及安全评价理论,在综合分析和研究我国木材加工类企业安全生产的系统构成、安全生产特点和事故灾害状况的基础上,提出了一种从人、机、物和环境方面对木材加工类企业的安全性进行全面、系统评价的指标体系和方法,为“八五”期间我国林业领域全面开展企业安全性评价,减轻和控制事故灾害,提供了实用方法和技术手段。

Researches of the Target System and Method of Safety Evaluation for the Wood Processing Enterprises

On basis of the scientiifc principle of safety and theory of safety evaluation,and ona comprephensive analyis and research on the systematic organization and processing of safeproduction,and accident risks in the wood processing enterprises in China,a target systemand method for overall systematic safety evaluation in the wood processing enterprises is ad-vanced,which is considered in the view of man,machine,materials and environment.These researches include the constitutional principle,structure and composition of target eva-luation system,method and principle of evaluation and design method for a final inspectiontable.These researches aim at providing for a practical method and technical means foroverall safety evaluation and mitigation and control of accident risks in the forestry sector inthe period of Eighth Five Year Plan in China.These would lead to a decrease of the accidentfrequency and occupational risks as soon as possible,and promoting economic returns and level of safety.
