| Abstract: | AI technique in Bovine is one of the most useful techniques at present.The effective techni- cal measures of improving the conception rate of artificial inseminated yellow cattle and buffaloes were pro- posed in the review based on the analysis of factors including cow reproductive mechanism,frozen semen quality,temperature,duration and method of thawing,estrus detection,the reproductive differences of cattle and buffalo,method,timing and position of artificial insemination,technical training,and integrat- ed technology package of cattle production etc. |
